• Free Delivery: Spend a minimum of Rp 1,000,000 on furniture purchases, and we will deliver your new furniture for free (Jabodetabek area only).
• Professional Installation: Our expert team ensures your furniture is installed perfectly, safely, and professionally for only Rp 150,000.
• Excellent Customer Service: We support you every step of the way, from order to installation.
2. Definitions
In this document:
• "Account": Your SCANDIA account required to make transactions on our site.
• "Order": The process of purchasing products by customers on the SCANDIA site.
• "Product": All items available for sale through SCANDIA.
• "Site": The SCANDIA online platform (https://scandia.id).
• "We": PT Mitra Global Ritel as the brand owner of SCANDIA.
3. Requirements
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
4. Promotional Terms and Conditions
4.1 Promotions are valid only during the specified period and according to the listed terms.
4.2 Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
4.3 If the promotion involves a voucher, it can only be used for a single transaction, subject to minimum purchase requirements (if any), and cannot be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash.

5. Prices and Taxes
All displayed prices include VAT and are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
6. Delivery
6.1 Deliveries will be made within a maximum of three business days after order confirmation.
6.2 We will contact customers at the phone number listed on the invoice on the delivery day for confirmation.
6.3 If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, please reschedule within seven calendar days.
7. Product Return and Exchange Policy
7.1 Returns for defective or incorrect products can be made within three days of receipt.
7.2 Record an unboxing video starting from the sealed package and include photos of the product from different angles.
7.3 Keep the product and accessories intact with the original packaging.
7.4 Product damage caused by delivery (courier) or customer negligence cannot be returned (beyond seller responsibility).
7.5 Return shipping costs will be reimbursed by SCANDIA upon receipt of shipping proof.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the SCANDIA site, including text, images, and designs, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use without written permission from SCANDIA is prohibited.

You may create a link to our site provided it does not damage SCANDIA's reputation or is not used unlawfully.
10. Account Termination
We may close customer accounts if these terms and conditions are violated.

Violations of these provisions may result in criminal sanctions under Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions.
